Purchasing: Orders will be processed in 1-3 days from order placed. Please be sure to double check your billing and shipping address when placing an order. We are unable to reroute packages. We are unable to ship to PO Box and military addresses.
Exchanges: Please email info@katseaton, provide your customer information, and tell us you will send back the product and which product you want instead.
Returns: We understand trying on new styles is a must! Returns for online purchases are gladly accepted on full priced, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged merchandise for full refund or exchange within 10 calendar days of receipt. Please email info@katseaton with your order number in the subject line to initiate a return. The customer is responsible for all shipping expenses incurred with returned items. Please provide us with a tracking number on the return package.
All jewelry and accessories are final sale and are not eligible for returns.
Price Adjustments: Full priced items that are purchased within 7 days of an item being placed on sale are eligible for a price adjustment should the customer accept the return policy of exchange or store credit.
Items that were purchased on sale or with a promotion are not eligible for price adjustments. Items purchased at a discounted sale price are not eligible for a further discount if them item is subsequently eligible for a temporary promotional price following the purchase.
